The rookie race with our own criteria, the Massive Rookie Rating: what they score and what they do on the floor rules, and their team record barely counts.

In the race: 21 rookies —out of 36— with at least 2 games (half of what the most-played rookie has) and 10 minutos per game. Rookie of the Year has no official games minimum: the 65-game rule does not apply.
There is no official formula: Rookie of the Year is voted by US and Canadian media. Looking at how they vote, what weighs most is how much the rookie scores and his role on the team; efficiency and record count, but far less than for MVP. That is why this rating is not the MVP Race one:
Each measure goes from 0 to 100 among the rookies in the race.
