All 30 coaches. Win pace = what the team would win over 82 games at this rate.
It is the award that depends most on expectations: it usually goes to the coach whose team beats its preseason win projection by the most (Atkinson with Cleveland, 64 wins against 48.5 projected; Daigneault with OKC, 57 against 44.5). Since 2010 every winner had a top-4 seed in his conference, so being near the top counts too. Projected wins are the sportsbooks’ numbers before the season.
Each measure goes from 0 to 100 among the candidates.
